Product Description
The Four Cavity PVC Pipe Extrusion Line is an advanced high-efficiency production system designed for manufacturing Φ16–32mm PVC pipes with significantly higher output and lower operating cost. This production line adopts conical twin-screw extrusion technology and integrates a specially engineered four-cavity mould, allowing simultaneous extrusion of four high-precision pipes in one process. Compared with traditional single-cavity lines, it delivers greatly improved productivity, reduced energy consumption, and optimized floor-space utilization.
Engineered with technology originally derived from European PVC processing standards, this extrusion line ensures stable output, consistent pipe quality, and flexible operation. It is ideal for manufacturers seeking to maximize capacity for electrical conduit, water supply pipe, and cable protection pipe production.
The production line extrudes four PVC pipes at once, achieving excellent economic benefits. Pipe diameters range from Φ16–32mm. The system maximizes the extrusion performance of the SJZS 51/105 or SJZS 65/132 conical twin-screw extruder, resulting in outstanding hourly output and stable pipe dimensions.
Each pipe is calibrated through a stainless-steel single-control spraying shaper. This prevents waste caused by diameter adjustment on one pipe affecting the other three. Operators can fine-tune each tube individually to maintain precision and reduce scrap rate.
The automatic single-control four-haul-off unit and cutting machine are integrated with the front-end calibration system. This increases operational flexibility, reduces manual intervention, and ensures consistent pipe cutting accuracy.
The extrusion line is equipped with an energy-saving conical twin-screw extruder. Combined with optimized heating, cooling, and drive systems, the machine significantly reduces energy consumption per kilogram of production.
By producing four pipes simultaneously, the system reduces the need for multiple production lines, lowers labor costs, and reduces workshop space requirements—making it a high-value solution for modern pipe manufacturers.

This production line is designed for high-efficiency manufacturing of four PVC pipes simultaneously, with pipe outer diameters ranging from Φ16–32 mm. Customized moulds for special dimensions can be provided upon request.
Depending on the selected extruder model (SJZS 51/105 or SJZS 65/132), the line achieves a stable output of 150–250 kg/h, delivering high productivity and excellent pipe quality.
The four-cavity system extrudes four pipes in one process, effectively reducing energy consumption per unit output, saving workshop space, and lowering labor and operational cost. It is the most cost-effective solution for mass production of small-diameter PVC pipes.
Yes. The line is equipped with single-control stainless steel calibration tanks, enabling independent diameter adjustment for each pipe without affecting the other three. This minimizes waste and improves product consistency.
The system is optimized for processing UPVC, CPVC, and other rigid PVC formulations commonly used in piping applications. We also support customizing screw and barrel configurations for different material requirements.
