Product Description
The Pipe Coiler (Single or Double Station Coiler/Winder) is designed for winding plastic wires and small to medium-sized soft plastic pipes. It works seamlessly with an extruder, calibration table, haul-off, and tractor unit to ensure straight and orderly winding of pipes and cables.
The machine features automatic winding with adjustable speed and winding methods, ensuring stable operation and neatly coiled products. Its air-operated wheel rib system allows quick and easy coil changeovers, while the integrated ray creel stand ensures automatic displacement winding for a uniform coil.
With a compact design, high automation, and user-friendly interface, the pipe coiler is an essential auxiliary machine in pipe and hose extrusion production lines.
Application: Winding of plastic pipes, soft hoses, and plastic wires.
Working Stations: Available in single-station or double-station designs for continuous operation.
Integration: Operates in line with extruders, calibration units, and haul-off machines.
Automation: Automatic winding, coil speed adjustment, and air cylinder-operated wheel ribs.

Q1: What types of pipes can the pipe coiler handle?
A1: It is suitable for plastic wires, PE pipes, PVC soft hoses, drip irrigation pipes, and other small to medium-sized soft pipes.
Q2: What is the advantage of the double-station coiler?
A2: The double-station coiler allows one coil to be changed while the other continues winding, ensuring continuous production without downtime.
Q3: Can the winding speed be adjusted?
A3: Yes, the winding speed can be adjusted between 0.5–15 m/min, depending on the pipe diameter and production requirements.
Q4: Is the pipe coiler compatible with all extrusion lines?
A4: It can be integrated with most pipe extrusion lines, including calibration tables, haul-off machines, and extruders.
Q5: How does the air-operated clamping system work?
A5: The winding wheel ribs open and close automatically through pneumatic cylinders, making coil changing faster and safer.
