Product Description

The Squeezer Drying Machine is a high-efficiency dewatering system designed for washed plastic film, woven bags, jumbo bags, and agricultural film after washing. Conventional vertical dryers often leave 20–30% moisture in lightweight film flakes, which leads to inconsistent feeding and low extruder output.

This machine uses a special short screw design to press, squeeze, and discharge water, reducing the final moisture content to 1–5%. The squeezed material is compacted into solid lumps with higher density, ensuring easier and more stable feeding to the pelletizing extruder.
