Product Description
The PVC Plastic Reinforced Pipe Production Line is designed for manufacturing high-quality spiral reinforced hoses with soft PVC walls and rigid PVC helix reinforcement. The final pipes feature excellent extrusion resistance, corrosion resistance, negative pressure resistance, anti-bending strength, and high flexibility, making them suitable for conveying gas, liquid, and powder.
This line is composed of two single-screw extruders (65mm), extrusion moulds (strip extrusion mould and pipe forming mould), cooling water tank, rotary haul-off machine, and pipe holder. By using different moulds and reinforcement structures, it can produce a wide range of PVC spiral hoses for industrial, agricultural, medical, and household applications.
