The SKG-63 PVC Pipe Threading Machine is designed for automatic thread forming on PVC pipes with diameters from 40mm to 400mm. Integrated seamlessly with PVC pipe extrusion lines, this machine provides stable performance, high efficiency, and consistent threading quality.
With an advanced automatic threading system, the SKG-63 can process pipes with wall thickness up to 5mm, achieving cycle times of 30–180 seconds per pipe depending on diameter and specification. In many applications, it can also replace traditional automatic belling machines, offering greater flexibility for threaded pipe production.
This machine is widely used in water supply, drainage, electrical conduit, industrial piping, and customized PVC pipe production.
