The PVC/PVG Coal Mine Conveyor Belt Production Line is a high-capacity, twin-screw extrusion system designed specifically for manufacturing flame-retardant, anti-static, and high-strength conveyor belts used in underground coal mining operations. This production line integrates advanced screw design, precise temperature control, and a reinforced processing structure tailored for PVC + rubber composite materials.
Engineered for continuous and stable output, the system ensures excellent belt strength, uniform thickness, and superior bonding between carcass layers, making it highly suitable for both PVC (solid woven) and PVG (rubber-covered) mining conveyor belts.
