Product Description
The Double Cavity PVC Pipe Extrusion Line is designed for high-efficiency production of UPVC pipes used in agricultural water supply, building water supply and drainage, electrical conduit, and cable protection. Compared with single-cavity lines, the double-cavity configuration significantly increases output capacity while reducing energy consumption and labor requirements.
The system offers flexible configuration options, including conical twin-screw extruders and parallel twin-screw extruders, enabling stable processing of UPVC, M-PVC, C-PVC, inner spiral wall pipes, inner hollow wall pipes, and formed-core pipes. The optimized screw design ensures excellent plasticizing performance and uniform pipe wall thickness.
Raw material → Mixing → Hopper dryer → Extruder → Double-cavity mould → Vacuum calibration tank → Haul-off → Cutting → Stacker
This process guarantees efficient production, strict dimensional control, and consistent quality for long-term pipe performance in water supply and drainage systems.
Produces two pipes simultaneously, doubling productivity without doubling energy usage.
Ideal for medium-to-large-scale pipe manufacturers seeking higher ROI.
The unique screw design enhances melt plasticizing and improves final pipe mechanical strength.
Suitable for high-output processing with stable pressure and reduced material degradation.
Full automation with PLC control enables accurate operation, stable process parameters, and reduced operator dependency.
Simplifies production management for continuous and consistent pipe quality.
Easy to operate, requiring fewer workers.
Reduces raw material loss and machine downtime through optimized mechanical design.
Increases output while reducing production time and operating cost.
Ensures pipe roundness, uniform wall thickness, and excellent surface finish.
Highly reliable for 24/7 industrial production environments.
