The PU/PE/PVC Precision Medical Tube Extrusion Line is specially designed for producing PVC, PP, PE and other plastic soft tubes widely used in medical, chemical, food, and beverage industries.
It is capable of manufacturing single tubes, striped single tubes, co-extruded tubes, multi-layer tubes, and tubes with color markings.
This extrusion line adopts advanced technology with frequency control for both the extruder and color marking machine, ensuring stable extrusion speed. The cooling tank features automatic water level and temperature control, while the haul-off machine uses a belt-and-roller combination with frequency adjustment for consistent speed.
High-Precision Extrusion: Ball-head connecting rod structure and guide post positioning ensure dual-tube extrusion with low noise, no impact, and minimal vibration.
Ink Printing System: Equipped with oil ink printing before cooling, making the tube text clearer and more durable.
Stable Feeding System: Imported 60W adjustable-speed motor with spring hopper provides smooth and accurate feeding.
Energy-Saving Heating: Special core rod heating system improves efficiency and reduces energy consumption.
