The PU/PE/PVC Precision Medical Tube Extrusion Line is specially designed for producing PVC, PP, PE and other plastic soft tubes widely used in medical, chemical, food, and beverage industries.
It is capable of manufacturing single tubes, striped single tubes, co-extruded tubes, multi-layer tubes, and tubes with color markings.

This extrusion line adopts advanced technology with frequency control for both the extruder and color marking machine, ensuring stable extrusion speed. The cooling tank features automatic water level and temperature control, while the haul-off machine uses a belt-and-roller combination with frequency adjustment for consistent speed.
