This vertical hydraulic baling machine is designed for compacting a wide range of recyclable materials — waste plastic bottles, film, shredded plastics, cardboard, waste paper, cartons and similar bulky waste. The machine uses hydraulic drive and automatic controls to form dense, uniform bales that reduce storage and transport volume (up to ~80% space savings), lower logistics costs and improve handling efficiency in recycling plants and material recovery facilities.

Operation is via push-button control for simple manual/semi-automatic cycles; optional PLC/HMI control is available for fully automated sequences.
Independent feeding door with automatic pulling mechanism improves ergonomics and reduces operator fatigue.
Robust safety guards and emergency stop are recommended for operator protection. We can supply optional safety interlocks and light curtains for compliance with local regulations.
Standard supply includes the machine, hydraulic power pack and basic electrical controls.
Site requirements: stable concrete foundation, power supply (check pump motor rating), hydraulic oil and initial commissioning.

Q1 — Which model should I choose for PET bottle baling at a municipal recycling plant?
A1 — For bottle-only streams with moderate throughput, VB-30 or VB-40 are commonly chosen. For high-density bottle and film mixes or larger throughput, VB-60 / VB-80 deliver higher bale weight and production. Share your target kg/hour and typical input material to get a tailored recommendation.

Q3 — What power/water/air utilities are required?
A3 — Key utility is three-phase electrical power sized to pump motor (3–15 kW depending on model). No water is required for baling; compressed air may be used for optional pneumatic doors.

A4 — Allow for the machine footprint (see dimensions), operator access on front and bale removal area at the discharge. Add clearance for forklift access to remove bales and for safe service access to the hydraulic pack.
