Product Description
This vertical hydraulic baling machine is designed for compacting a wide range of recyclable materials — waste plastic bottles, film, shredded plastics, cardboard, waste paper, cartons and similar bulky waste. The machine uses hydraulic drive and automatic controls to form dense, uniform bales that reduce storage and transport volume (up to ~80% space savings), lower logistics costs and improve handling efficiency in recycling plants and material recovery facilities.
Hydraulic drive mechanism — energy-efficient operation with high pressing force and stable performance.
Electric button control — supports manual adjustment and semi-automatic operation for flexible use.
Independent feeding opening + auto pulling — simplifies loading and reduces labor intensity.
High compression ratio — produces compact bales that reduce storage and transportation costs.
Wide material compatibility — suitable for PET/HDPE/LDPE bottles and film, mixed plastic waste, cardboard, paper and other recyclables.
Robust construction — durable frame and hydraulic components for long service life and low maintenance.
Easy bale removal — designed for safe and quick bale extraction.
Plastic recycling plants (baling of PET bottles, HDPE containers, LDPE film)
Municipal waste sorting centers and transfer stations
Paper/cardboard baling for paper mills and corrugated box plants
Logistics centers and manufacturing sites with bulky recyclable waste
Pre-processing line for pelletizing or shredding plants

Operation is via push-button control for simple manual/semi-automatic cycles; optional PLC/HMI control is available for fully automated sequences.
Independent feeding door with automatic pulling mechanism improves ergonomics and reduces operator fatigue.
Robust safety guards and emergency stop are recommended for operator protection. We can supply optional safety interlocks and light curtains for compliance with local regulations.
Standard supply includes the machine, hydraulic power pack and basic electrical controls.
Site requirements: stable concrete foundation, power supply (check pump motor rating), hydraulic oil and initial commissioning.
We provide commissioning, operator training and recommended preventative maintenance schedule. Spare parts and aftermarket service packages available.
Q1 — Which model should I choose for PET bottle baling at a municipal recycling plant?
A1 — For bottle-only streams with moderate throughput, VB-30 or VB-40 are commonly chosen. For high-density bottle and film mixes or larger throughput, VB-60 / VB-80 deliver higher bale weight and production. Share your target kg/hour and typical input material to get a tailored recommendation.
Q2 — What bale dimensions and weights can I expect?
A2 — Typical bale sizes in this series range from ~800×600×800 mm to 1,200×800×1,200 mm with bale weights from ~30 kg up to ~380 kg depending on model and material. Exact weight depends on material density and feed density.
Q3 — What power/water/air utilities are required?
A3 — Key utility is three-phase electrical power sized to pump motor (3–15 kW depending on model). No water is required for baling; compressed air may be used for optional pneumatic doors.
Q4 — How much space should I allocate in my plant?
A4 — Allow for the machine footprint (see dimensions), operator access on front and bale removal area at the discharge. Add clearance for forklift access to remove bales and for safe service access to the hydraulic pack.
Q5 — What cycle time / throughput can I expect?
A5 — Compression cycle times listed are 35–42 seconds (model dependent). Actual throughput depends on material loading speed and operator cycle; automated feed systems can substantially increase net throughput.
Q6 — Are there options for automatic strapping or wrapping?
A6 — Yes — we can integrate bale tying/strapping solutions (manual or automated) and conveyors for inline handling upon request.
Q7 — What maintenance is required for the hydraulic system?
A7 — Regular checks of oil level/quality, filter replacement, hose and fitting inspection, and scheduled replacement of seals are recommended. We provide a maintenance checklist and spare parts list.
