The High Speed Single Screw PP Lollipop Stick Tube Drinking Straw Making Extruder is a dedicated small-bore tube extrusion line: one single screw extruder platform that produces lollipop sticks, drinking straws, cotton swab sticks, pen refill tubes and similar thin-wall PP tubing by changing the downstream structure and the extruding dies.
The problem it solves is the classic thin-tube bottleneck. Thin-wall, small-diameter tube is unforgiving: screw speed must be high enough to be economic, yet stable enough that wall thickness does not wander, and the plasticizing must be complete or the tube shows unmelted specks. This machine is built around those constraints — a high speed, high output single screw extruder with a perfect plasticizing effect, running one structure that can be re-tooled for several different products instead of several dedicated machines.

How to read the table when choosing:
Producing straws or thin cotton swab sticks in the 1-10 mm band → the ø50 single-color model with 7.5 kW main motor.
Producing lollipop sticks and standard straws in the 2-15 mm band → the ø55 model with 11 kW main motor.
Producing larger lollipop sticks and pen refill tubes up to 20 mm → the ø65 model with 15 kW main motor.
Producing striped straws or striped sticks where the stripe color must be visible → the two-color version (ø55 main screw plus a ø25 stripe screw, 7.5 kW + 1.5 kW).

The extruder is the heart, but the finished stick quality depends on the units after it: the extruding die that sets the bore and wall, the vacuum sizing and cooling tank, the haul-off that holds the tube round, and the cutter.
