A day of PET bottle intake can bury a loading bay in loose material. Bulk bags help, but they still hold mostly air. Recyclers who solve this first usually discover that one vertical baler releases more floor area than a new warehouse extension would.
Trucks full of loose bottles leave money on the road. Baled material loads dense and square, so the same trip carries far more usable feedstock to the pelletizing line or the recycling solution downstream.

Working with hydraulic drive and automatic control, it compresses loose material into dense, stackable bales — reducing storage space by up to 80% — while cutting transportation and labor costs and supporting environmental protection and waste recycling.

The VB series adopts a hydraulic drive mechanism. It uses less energy while delivering the high pressing force needed to form a dense bale — the combination that makes the baler economical to run through a full working day.
Operation is built around electric button control, allowing manual adjusting and semi-automatic control of the pressing cycle. The operator can fine-tune each stroke or let the machine run through the automatic sequence, whichever fits the material and the working rhythm of the site.
The independent feeding opening with automatic pulling-out installation reduces labor force at the loading point. Material is fed into a clear opening and the machine pulls it into the chamber, so one worker keeps the baler running without climbing or manual packing.
Compressed bales are square, uniform and easy to stack — the reason a baler can free up to 80% of the stacking space compared with loose material. Dense bales also load better for the trip to the film recycling washing line, agglomerator or grinding station.
