Extrusion can be a manufacturing method by which the vinyl material is then melted and molded into a profile. Extrusion can provide such things as weatherproofing, piping, fencing, deck railings, window frame pictures and cladding coatings, and cable insulation.
The following process is started by consuming plastic raw materials (beans, granules, powders or sprays) from the hopper to the storage of the extruder. The cloth has been screwed down and drained through the drain.

Pipes and tubes are extruded in all sizes, from small medical tubes and drinking straws to pipes many feet in diameter. Plastic pipe and pipe have different definitions and are usually related to different industries (pipeline, gas transmission line, beverage, medical treatment, mining, etc.). A popular definition of pipes is that they are rigid, hollow, long and larger in diameter than pipes. The tubes are basically the same, but flexible and smaller in diameter, such as up to 0.5 inch (0.13 mm). Almost all pipes are extruded with TPS. Single screw extruders are usually used, but PVC twin-screw extruders are also used. Molds in some production lines use the same basic type of mold and plastic melt temperature range for wire coating.
Extruders and modules, as well as downstream equipment for calibration inside and outside the cross section area of the pipe, use air pressure and / or vacuum to control the shape of the pipe, if required. Wall thickness measuring device, manderle design (e.g. outside water cooling; providing cooling air in the thin spiral gap between the fixed manderles connected to the mold), cooling tank and flexible pipe of automatic cutting and pallet equipment or variable air unit are downstream. The production line can include marking device, testing device, etc. An important requirement is to cool the extrusion quite quickly near the die while maintaining dimensional and property control.
A variety of techniques are included in the process to control the size / size of a freehand drawing melt (usually small diameter tube) or sizing fixture. Calibration plates of different sizes and / or thicknesses are used. There are small diameter pipelines using pull down control (free extrusion) sizing technology, in which there is no calibration device after the extruded tubular melt leaves the mold. It can have internal air pressure so that the tube does not collapse when it leaves the mold. The device is also used in calibration / sizing plates or tubes of different designs, with or without pressure or vacuum auxiliary tubes.
