Product Description
The Chenxing double shaft shredder is a low speed, high torque size reduction machine that tears tough and fibrous materials, including whole coconut shells, coconut husk, plastic pipe, film, woven bags, tires, wood pallets and drums, into granulate for recycling or further processing. The BQX series is published with models from 600 kg/h to 1000 kg/h capacity and an integrated PLC control package.
Coconut shell is one of the hardest natural materials a shredder can meet, and coconut husk is one of the most fibrous. A single shaft crusher that relies on impact tends to bounce off a hard shell or wrap around on long husk fibre. The double shaft design works differently. Two counter-rotating shafts with interlocking blades grip the material, tear it against the fixed knives and pull it into pieces, so a hard shell is held and sheared rather than struck. That is why the BQX double shaft shredder is a practical answer for coconut waste.

The working principle is simple and continuous. Material enters the main frame through the feeding skip. The rotating shafts generate an airstream inside the chamber that carries the material against the blades and the fixed knives, where it is sheared and torn. After size reduction the material is conveyed out through the reclaiming fan blower into a dust-collecting bagging station, so the process runs as one continuous loop.
