Product Description
The Synthetic Human Wig Hair Fiber Filament Extrusion Line is a fully automatic production line designed to extrude high-quality synthetic hair filament from virgin PET, PP or PA granules. From raw material feeding through extrusion, drawing/cooling and to final filament winding, the line is engineered to deliver consistent filament suitable for a wide range of wig and hairpiece products. The solution is widely adopted by domestic and international manufacturers — especially in African markets — and is backed by long-term technical support and continuous product development.
An automated, low-energy filament extrusion line for producing synthetic wig fibers (PET / PP / PA). The line is designed for easy operation (1–2 operators), high production capability, and consistent filament quality required for downstream wig processing (braids, bundles, lace wigs, closures, ponytails, etc.).
Raw material system: hopper and vacuum/spiral loader for PET, PP or PA virgin granules.
Extruder: purpose-built screw extruder for synthetic fiber production (plasticizing and melt extrusion).
Die head & filament forming: precision die for continuous filament formation.
Cooling & drawing: controlled cooling path and drawing units to stabilize filament diameter and tensile properties.
Winding unit: final filament take-up and spooling/winding station for finished yarns and bundles.
Automation & controls: PLC-based control for stable operation and simplified production management.
Support services: technical support, installation guidance and operational training from experienced engineers.
Workflow: raw granules → vacuum/spiral loader → extruder → die → drawing/cooling → diameter control → winding → finished filament on spools.
Materials compatibility: Processes PET, PP and PA virgin granules to create wig-grade filaments.
Experienced manufacturer: Developed and refined by a team with 20+ years of extrusion experience.
High production capability: Designed for efficient, continuous production with reduced energy consumption.
Automatic operation: PLC control and ergonomic design allow 1–2 operators to run the line reliably.
Quality & consistency: Tight process control produces uniform filament suitable for braided hair, bundles, lace wigs, periwigs, toupees and other wig products.
Global validation: Machine designs have been improved through feedback from customers in 30+ countries.
Low operating cost: Energy-efficient components and optimized processing reduce running cost per kg of filament.

Q1 — What raw materials can I use with this line?
A1 — The line is designed for virgin PET, PP and PA granules. Choice of resin and formulation will determine final filament feel and processing settings.
Q2 — How many operators are required and how complex is operation?
A2 — The line is automated and typically operated by one to two trained operators. PLC control simplifies production and reduces manual intervention.
Q3 — Can you supply installation and training?
A3 — Yes. The supplier provides installation support, staff training, and technical guidance to ensure the line reaches full production capability.
Q4 — Is the machine suitable for export markets and different wig specifications?
A4 — Yes. The machine has been used successfully in domestic and overseas markets (notably Africa) and can be configured to produce a variety of filament sizes and textures required by wig manufacturers.
Q5 — What warranty and spare-parts support is provided?
A5 — Standard commercial warranty and spare-parts support are available. For detailed warranty terms, lead times and stocked spare parts, request the supplier’s commercial and after-sales policy.
Q6 — Can filament diameter / properties be customized?
A6 — Yes. Drawing, cooling and take-up parameters are adjustable; the line can be tuned to meet specific filament diameter and tensile property targets required by your downstream wig processes.
Q7 — How do I get exact capacity and power specifications?
A7 — Output, power consumption and exact technical specs vary by model and configuration. Provide your target throughput and filament specs to receive a tailored technical datasheet and quotation.
