The PP PE Shisha Hookah Hose Extruder — also sold as the Hookah Pipe Making Machine and the Water Smoking Tube Making Machine — is a single-screw extrusion line for small-diameter single-wall corrugated pipe, configured for the shisha hookah hose market and for the whole family of flexible corrugated tube products built on the same platform.
The commercial logic of this machine is simple: one line, one tube profile, high repeat output. A hookah hose is a flexible corrugated tube, usually produced in long runs in a small number of diameters and colours; the same line also runs wire conduit, washing machine drain hose, vacuum cleaner hose and ventilation tube. Material + master batches → mixing → vacuum feeding → material drying → single screw extruder → extrusion mould → corrugated forming machine → meter measure → double winder → finished product inspecting & packing
1. Material dosing and master batch — base polymer (PE granule as published, or PP / PVC) together with colour master batches is dosed in the required ratio. For hookah hose this step decides the colour consistency of the tube across a long production run.
2. Mixing — the compound is mixed to a uniform blend before entering the feed system, so that wall thickness and corrugation stay consistent along the coil.
3. Vacuum feeding — the mixed material is drawn into the machine by vacuum feeding, keeping the hopper filled automatically and the working area clean. Dust-free conveying and powder handling equipment for the plant can be quoted from the same factory.

7.
