The friction washer operates based on high-speed mechanical friction + water flushing technology:
Plastic flakes enter the horizontal barrel through the feeding system
A high-speed rotating shaft with paddles creates intense friction between materials
Contaminants such as sand, labels, and dust are separated from the plastic surface
Water spray system flushes impurities out through mesh screens
Cleaned material is discharged to the next washing or dewatering stage
This continuous friction and rinsing process ensures efficient cleaning while minimizing material loss.
Rotor speed up to 800–1200 RPM ensures strong friction force for deep cleaning of PET flakes and plastic films.
All contact parts are made of SUS304 stainless steel, resistant to corrosion and suitable for wet recycling environments.
Optimized spray system reduces water usage while maintaining high cleaning efficiency.
