The Double Cavity PVC Cable Trunking Extrusion Line is a conical twin screw profile line mainly used for making small PVC profiles — PVC skirting profiles, wall corner profiles and PVC cable trunking profiles with different section shapes and heights, as well as rain gutter and shutter window channel profiles on the same platform. The surface of the PVC profile or panel can be treated by printing & glossy oil coating, heat transfer printing, or lamination, which creates a good decoration effect for kitchens, toilets, balconies and other rooms.

Compared with the 33:1 ratio, the 38:1 ratio achieves 100% plasticization, increases output capacity by 30%, reduces power consumption by up to 30%, and reaches almost linear extrusion performance — the difference shows up directly in your energy bill and your daily tonnage.
For stable automatic feeding, match the extruder with a powder suction machine or a crushing material suction machine so the hopper is always charged while the line runs at full speed.

The extrusion die head applies a spiral structure with each material flow channel placed evenly. Every channel is heat treated and mirror polished to ensure the material flows smoothly. The die head structure is compact and provides stable pressure, always from 19 to 20 MPa — at this pressure the profile quality is good with very little effect on output capacity. The same die technology can produce single-layer or multi-layer pipes.

The profile cooling platform shapes and cools the profile to reach standard section size. It uses a double-chamber structure: the first chamber is short in length to ensure very strong cooling. Because the calibrator is placed in the front of the first chamber and the profile shape is formed mainly by the calibrator, this design ensures quick and better forming and cooling of the profile.

The haul-off unit provides sufficient traction force to pull the profile stably. According to different profile sizes and thickness, Chenxing customizes the traction speed, number of claws and effective traction length to match the profile extrusion speed and forming speed — and to avoid deformation of the profile during traction.

The cutter is controlled by Siemens PLC with chamfering function, working together with the haul-off unit for precise cutting. The operator simply sets the required length and the saw delivers square, deburred cuts section after section.
