Modern LED lighting is no longer a single white tube clipped into a ceiling. Buyers order translucent covers in two contrasting colors, diffusers with one color band and a clear body, and lampshades matched to the decoration theme of a hotel lobby, supermarket aisle or KTV booth. Yet many profile makers still discover the same five bottlenecks the moment a double-color order lands on their desk.
A single-color line can only deliver a single-color cover. When a customer asks for a lamp tube with two different colors in one integral profile, the producer either turns the order away or pays another factory to make it, losing margin and control.

Two colors that fuse into one muddy band, or a seam that drifts from run to run, are instantly visible on a translucent PC cover. The cause is usually uneven melt temperature between the two screws or a downstream speed that fights the die.

PC is tougher on tooling than ordinary soft PVC. Standard carbon steel dies erode quickly, and a rough die surface marks an otherwise clear cover with drag lines.

The Double Color PC Lamp Light LED Tube Line — also configured as a PC Cover Profile Production Machine — is a single-screw extrusion system designed for making PC, PMMA and ABS lamp tubes, lamp shades and cover profiles used in LED lighting decoration. The machine is specially designed to make PC tube/profile as LED light, with one color separated, or two different colors in an integral structure.
The final PC tube or profile is suitable for T3, T5, T8 and T12 LED light models. Whether you run a standard white translucent cover for a supermarket ceiling or a two-color lampshade for a KTV wall panel, this line delivers the clean geometry and color separation that lighting buyers expect.

Single-color profiles need one single screw extruder. Depending on the profile width specification, Chenxing equips the line with the corresponding SJ55, SJ50 or SJ45 single screw extruder.
Two-color pipes or profiles need two single screw extruders running co-extrusion into one die, producing one profile with two integral color zones in a single pass.

The values shown as 55/28 and 65/28 refer to screw diameter / L/D ratio. Choose SJ55 for compact covers and SJ65 when the order book demands higher throughput on wider profiles; both models share the same downstream train, so upgrading later only changes the extruder module.
