Product Description
The Ink Printer for Pipe (Color Ribbon Printer) is designed for PVC, PE, and PPR pipe marking during extrusion production. It features a compact structure with stainless steel construction, corrosion resistance, and long service life. The machine integrates an ink plate, printing wheel, and adjusting mechanism, making it easy to operate and adjust.
Printing is synchronized with the take-up machine. Through chain transmission and friction torque, the ink wheel applies ink precisely, producing clear and durable text or patterns on the pipe surface. When irregular pipe sections pass through, the printer automatically lifts the roller to avoid errors, resuming normal operation afterward.
Ink Printer Features
Applicable to various plastic pipes including PVC, PE, and PPR.
Chain transmission ensures stable, high-quality printing.
Equipped with synchronizing wheel to prevent slipping during high-speed printing.
Inkjet Printer Features
Uses solvent-based or oil-based ink, designed to prevent nozzle clogging.
Nozzle multi-protection ensures long-term, trouble-free operation.
Supports 24-hour continuous production with maintenance-free performance.
Plastic Pipe Ribbon Printer
Continuously prints factory name, product standards, specifications, trademarks, or labels directly on pipes and wires.
Widely used in construction materials, water supply, and electrical conduit pipe industries.
Produces sharp and professional markings that improve product identification and brand value.
