4. Gutters that sag, twist or lose their vacuum seal in the sizing section

A rain gutter is only as good as its cross-section. If the vacuum calibration table, the haul-off and the cutter are not synchronized, every meter shows wavy walls or twisted flanges.

Response: the line runs a 240 mm wide, 6000 mm long calibration table with a full set of vacuum and water pumps, a belt haul-off whose upper and lower drives are separately controlled by inverter, and a lifting saw cutter that tracks the line speed. The Double Screw PVC Rain Gutter Manufacturing Extruder Machine is a complete conical twin screw extrusion line for producing PVC rain gutters, vinyl gutters and half-round water gutter profiles. From powder feeding to inspected, packed bundles, every station is matched to one goal: a clean, dimensionally stable gutter that installs fast and keeps water off the wall for decades.

The material of the calibration bushing is stannum bronze and the material of the water tank is stainless steel 304 — the two contact points that decide final surface quality are both built to resist wear and corrosion in a wet environment. The haul-off's function is to pull stably and synchronally with the extruder speed, so the profile never stretches between the calibrator and the saw.

How do I choose between the SJZ65/132 conical twin screw and the SJP75/28 parallel twin screw extruder?

Both can serve as the main extruder for the PVC rain gutter line. The SJZ65/132 conical twin screw is the standard recommendation for PVC powder profiles and matches the YF240/YF300 grades at 300 kg/hr. The SJP75/28 parallel twin screw is a suitable alternative when your formulation or output targets call for a different screw geometry. Can the machine co-extrude an anti-UV surface layer?
