PVC rain gutter is now one of the fastest-moving products in building construction. It is a component of a water discharge system for a building: it prevents water from dripping or flowing off roofs in an uncontrolled manner, stops it from damaging walls, protects people standing below or entering the building, and directs water to a suitable disposal point. Yet when a profile producer decides to start making gutters — or to replace an old line — the same five problems keep coming back.
Metal rain gutters look sharp on the first day but bend under ladders, dent in hail and corrode in coastal air. Builders who have replaced bent metal gutters twice are actively switching to vinyl.
Response: PVC gutters are strong, flexible, inexpensive, durable, adaptable and easy to install — and they never develop the permanent dents of metal gutters. This line is built to supply exactly that product, with the dimensional consistency that keeps sections clicking together on site.

The material of the calibration bushing is stannum bronze and the material of the water tank is stainless steel 304 — the two contact points that decide final surface quality are both built to resist wear and corrosion in a wet environment. The haul-off's function is to pull stably and synchronally with the extruder speed, so the profile never stretches between the calibrator and the saw.

The SJZ65/132 conical twin screw is the standard recommendation for PVC powder profiles and matches the YF240/YF300 grades at 300 kg/hr. The SJP75/28 parallel twin screw is a suitable alternative when your formulation or output targets call for a different screw geometry. Yes. Some customers add a co-extruder to make an anti-UV surface layer, which protects the gutter from sunlight degradation in hot regions. A PVC gutter protection film lamination device is also available to keep the finished surface scratch-free during transport and installation.
