This production line uses our high-performance extruder specially designed for HDPE pipe, the screw adopts the structure with barrier and mixing head, and the barrel adopts the new slotted barrel, which has good plasticization and mixing, and the extrusion volume is large and stable. The die head is a blue die head designed for HDPE large-diameter thick-walled pipe, which has the features of low melt temperature, good mixing performance, low cavity pressure, and stable production. It adopts water film lubrication and water type cooling to adapt to the dimensional stability and roundness of HDPE pipe, which is the sizing and cooling system designed by our proprietary technology. The extruder tractor is moved and controlled by an imported famous brand speed regulator, with good stability, high precision, and reliability. The whole production line operation is programmed and controlled by PLC with a good man-machine interface, all process parameters can be set and displayed by touch screen. Special extruders for marking lines can be assembled to produce pipes with color marking lines that meet the requirements of national standards.
HDPE winding pipe production line
