The metering and batching system can be controlled by instruments and a touchscreen, ensuring precision and efficiency. This system involves multiple silos for feeding materials and is designed for continuous conveying, metering, and automatic batching of powdered and granular materials, such as raw refractory materials, food ingredients, and chemical raw materials. The system consists of a hopper scale, feed screw conveyors, discharge screws, a computer control system, and a micro (small quantity) dispensing device. The weighing and batching process is executed by transporting the raw materials to the weighing scale in a preset order via several feed screws, integrated with pvc compounding equipment. Each material is conveyed sequentially according to the weight set in the automatic control system or pvc mixer. Once material A reaches the target weight, the weighing instrument directly controls the start and stop of material A's screw conveyor, followed by the conveyor for material B. After material B reaches the target weight, its screw conveyor stops, and material C's conveyor begins. This sequential process ensures a high level of metering accuracy. After the raw materials are weighed and batched, the discharge screw of the weighing scale transports all materials to downstream equipment (buffer silos or directly connected pipelines). At the same time, the vacuum conveyor or valve is activated to send the materials to the waiting bin above the main machine or plastic mixer machine, completing the batching process.
The system is suitable for harsh, dusty environments.
Multiple pvc compounding formulation settings can be configured according to customer requirements.
The system offers manual/automatic batching functions, allowing switching between automatic and semi-automatic modes, supported by a high speed mixer machine.
Real-time weight data display is available.
Using the PLC control system's instruments or touchscreen, the required weight for each material is set. The metering screw conveyor then automatically transports the materials to the batching scale for automatic weighing and flow control, achieving precise metering and batching. The system can be integrated with various components such as the pvc mixer blade, heater cooler mixer, and plastic material mixer machine. Moreover, the process is supported by a compound mixer and a mixer with heater for enhanced performance. This system also aligns with the introduction of pvc pipe for advanced mixing requirements, and companies can refer to plastic mixer machine manufacturers for custom solutions. Additionally, configurations for pvc compounding mixer, pvc blender, unit srl, and dirt mixer machine can be implemented for optimized performance. Understanding how to make mixer machine adjustments is key to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the system.
