Plastic pellets making machines used in the petroleum and petrochemical industries tend to be increasingly large, and the situation of tight supply and extended delivery periods is becoming more and more prominent due to strong demand. A pellets making machine is a unit that adds different additives to the resin according to different applications, and after heating, mixing, and extruding, the resin raw material is made into granular products suitable for secondary processing, and the plastic pellets making machine is widely used in the petroleum and petrochemical industry. When using the pellets making machine, there are some precautions to be noted.
Here is the list of contents
General precautions
Precautions during the work of pellets making machine
First start-up operation method of pellets making machine
The pellets making machine should run in a positive direction; avoid reversing.
The pellets making machine is not allowed to run empty without load, it must be hot to run with material, so as to avoid the phenomenon of the sticky bar (holding shaft).
pellets making machine inlet, air release hole is strictly prohibited to enter the iron and other debris. To avoid unnecessary accidents, affecting the safety of normal production.
Pay attention to the temperature change of the machine body at any time, when touching the strip with clean hands without getting wet, the temperature should be increased immediately. Until the strip stains the hand as normal.
When the bearing part of the reducer burns hands or is accompanied by noise should be stopped for timely maintenance and additional refueling.
When the bearing parts at both ends of the bearing room of the main machine are hot and burned or there is noise, it should be stopped and overhauled, and refilled with grease. In normal operation, the bearing room is filled with grease once every 5-6 days.
Pay attention to finding out the operation rule of the machine; for example, the machine temperature is high or low, the speed is fast or slow, according to the situation, timely processing.
When the machine is running unstable, attention should be paid to checking whether the gap of the shaft coupling fit is too tight, to adjust loose some in time.
Before starting the machine, first, a warm-up for about 40 to 50 minutes. Raise the temperature to the point where you can pull the motor v-belt by hand until you are comfortable; pull it eight to ten times continuously according to the normal working rotation. Then continue to warm up for about ten minutes, and then turn on the machine, but continue to heat it up because normal production requires continuous heat replenishment.
Adjust the temperature according to the different nature of the plastic.
When the pellets making machine is working normally, the machine temperature should be kept stable and not high or low. The temperature near the venting hole until the head part should be kept at about 200℃ (referring to C material and B material).
Feeding material should be uniform, there should be no lack of material. The machine eating speed and feeding speed should match properly. Otherwise, it will affect the quality and output of pellets.
When stopping the machine, the main machine should be completely cut off the power. The machine head wire plug (with wrench part) must be taken off. To be used next time before the separate preheating.
