The center feeding system is a part of the raw material system of the film production line and is responsible for the feeding of the main extruder. The main extruder has a production capacity of 3.5t/h. During the production process, the main material, recycled material, and additives are precisely dosed by the loss-in-weight metering feeder, sent to the mixing hopper by the pneumatic conveying system, mixed with the crushed trimmings recovered online, and then fed to the extruder by the loss-in-weight metering feeder which is synchronized with the extruder capacity. Usage of center feeding system
Roots fan: provides power for the pneumatic conveying of the raw material to the mixing hopper.
Loss-in-weight metering: a loss-in-weight metering feeder for main material, loss-in-weight metering feeder for recycled material, loss-in-weight metering feeder for additives.
Rotary valve: effectively realize the continuous and batch supply of raw materials to the pneumatic conveying system to ensure the normal operation of the system.
Vacuum feeder: The additive is automatically transported to the storage hopper above the loss-in-weight metering feeder.
Cyclone separator: This device separates the raw materials, flaky crushed side materials, and high-pressure airflow from the pneumatic conveying to the mixing hopper.
Dust collector: The high-pressure airflow separated by the cyclone separator also carries dust, which is removed by the dust collector.
Metal separator: The raw material and flake crushing trimmings are removed from the metal material that may be carried into the melt chamber to protect the screw from damage.
Mixing hopper: Mix raw materials, additives and flake crushed trimmings evenly and prevent the crushed trimmings from bridging and not feeding smoothly.
Dosing loss-in-weight metering feeder: feeds the main extruder with precise dosing.
