The ABS Pipe Production Line is a complete single screw extrusion line for ABS plastic pipe, built on the SJ65/30 extruder platform and extendable across a seven-model pipe range from 16 mm up to 630 mm. It takes ABS (and compatible PP / PS material) from granule to finished, cut-to-length pipe in one continuous flow: extruder, mould, vacuum calibration water tank, haul-off, cutter and collection stand.
The problem this line solves is consistency on a technical material. ABS is a demanding extrusion polymer — it needs controlled melt temperature and a stable calibration stage, or the pipe comes out oval, with visible weld lines and unreliable wall thickness. How to read the table when choosing: the model number equals the maximum pipe diameter in the standard range (63, 125, 250, 315, 450, 500 and 630 mm). Capacity and hauling speed move in opposite directions — small pipe runs fast at modest output, large pipe runs slowly at high output. Line length tells you the floor space to reserve.

The cutter runs a precise reciprocating online cutting platform with an optical sensing length-setting device, PLC control and a 5 inch color touch screen panel. Online cutting accuracy is 0.5 mm, and the automatic turnover collection stand collects the pieces.
