Model selection follows the hose outside diameter you sell: the smallest model covers the light suction hose range, and the largest covers the heavy suction and delivery hose used in sludge handling and vacuum pump service. Line length is quoted for the standard configuration — layout can be adjusted for the available floor space.
The extrusion stage uses a high-efficiency single screw extruder that keeps high speed and stable output, so capacity stays within the quoted range instead of drifting with screw wear or feeding surges. Screw diameters of 45, 65, 90 and 120 mm cover the four production models.
The steel wire forming machine shapes the spiral reinforcement, which is then fed into the extruding mould so the PVC melt encapsulates the wire as the hose wall forms. The finished hose has a PVC layer outside with the steel wire inside, giving the pressure and suction performance described above.
Directly after the mould, the spray cooling water tank sets the composite wall. Spray cooling avoids the water shock that deforms a hot wire-reinforced wall, and it keeps the hose round while the spiral pitch stays locked in place.
A belt haul-off pulls the cooled hose at a rate matched to the extrusion output. Belt contact spreads the load over the circumference instead of pinching the wall, which is important for the larger diameters in the 100-150 mm range.
The winder coils the finished hose for inspection and packing. Winding tension is set so the coil does not flatten the hose wall or strain the wire spiral.
If you want to print letters on the surface of the pipe, you can choose an ink printing machine or a spray code machine. Different models offer customers a flexible choice, so the marking stage can be configured at the time of order rather than added later.
