PVC or HDPE granules are loaded into the extruder via automatic vacuum feeding. The single-screw or twin-screw barrel heats and plasticizes the material into a homogeneous melt at precisely controlled zone temperatures.
The melt enters the die head and is formed between the special aluminum alloy mold blocks moving on a closed-loop track. The double-wall structure — a smooth inner wall fused to a corrugated outer wall — is created in a single continuous operation.
