Promote resin melting: resin in the heated state, PVC melting under the action of a certain shear force, processing modifiers first melt and adhere to the surface of the PVC resin particles, its compatibility with the resin and its high molecular weight, PVC viscosity and friction increases, so that the effective shear stress and heat transfer to the entire PVC resin, accelerating the PVC melt. Improve the rheological properties of the melt: PVC melt has poor strength, poor ductility, melt rupture, and other shortcomings, and processing modifiers can improve the above rheological properties of the melt. The mechanism of action is: to increase the viscoelasticity of the PVC melt, thereby improving the release expansion and melt strength, etc. Giving lubricity: processing modifier and PVC compatible part first melt, play a role in promoting melt; and incompatible with the PVC part to the molten resin system outside the migration, thereby improving the mold release.
